This invention addresses the problem of equipping a bicycle lock with a light source while facilitating maintenance of the battery which is the power source for the light source. The bicycle locking device according to the present invention is a combination of a bicycle lock A and a key B that locks and unlocks the lock. The lock A is provided with a light source 4 that has a battery as the power source. The key B comprises a rechargeable battery. When the key B is fitted into the lock A, both are electrically connected.
