The present invention relates to the field of communications, and provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a beam tracking method, device and system capable of obtaining a higher channel capacity and improving system spectrum efficiency. The method comprises: a communication device acquires a channel correlation coefficient, and determines a first radio frequency weighing matrix of an n+1 time slot of the communication device according to the correlation coefficient, n being an integer and n≥1; the communication device receives a first known signal transmitted by a peer device, and determines an equivalent channel matrix of the n+1 time slot according to the received first known signal; the communication device determines a digital weighing matrix of the n+1 time slot of the communication device according to the equivalent channel matrix so as to match a real-time channel and transmit data using the real-time channel.
