The present invention relates to a mat system for a building entrance devised to solve problems of the prior art and, more particularly, to a mat system which enables moistures to be automatically removed and dried from a mat placed at an entrance of a building and which, when tiny foreign substances such as dusts are accumulated on the mat, can be easily cleansed and dried. The mat system for a building entrance according to the present invention is characterized in comprising: an upper housing with an opened lower surface; a mat portion which is embedded in the upper housing; a lower plate portion which is assembled with the opened lower surface of the upper housing. The mat portion includes: a rectangular foot hold; a first rotation roller provided on the front side of the foot hold; a second rotation roller provided on the rear side of the foot hold; a mat which surrounds upper and lower surfaces of the foot hold and rotates to move by the first rotation roller and the second rotation roller; and a third rotation roller which presses the mat with the second rotation roller to remove moistures from the mat. A penetrated window is provided on the upper surface of the upper housing and the upper surface of the foot hold is exposed to the outside through the penetrated window. The lower plate portion includes a water collecting portion for collecting the water which is removed from the mat by pressing of the second rotation roller and the third rotation roller; and a drying portion which dries the mat, which passes through the lower surface of the mat, using a heat wire. |
