According to the present invention, a dual-curvature corrugated steel plate is formed to have two different curvatures on a single corrugated steel plate piece in a structure of an elliptical shape or a semicircular shape whose curvature varies. The dual-curvature corrugated steel plate is applied to both a large-corrugation and a standardized corrugated steel plate. The present invention also includes a corrugated steel plate structure constructed using a dual-curvature corrugated steel plate having two different curvatures formed on curvature-changing positions of an elliptical or a semicircular corrugated steel plate structure.
