PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member attachment structure of a vehicle which enables improvement of design flexibility of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle 1 includes: a frame member 2 having a recessed part S1 recessed in a predetermined direction; an interposition body 32 housed in the recessed part S1 and fixed so as to be attached/detached to/from the frame member 2; and a first adjacent member attachment bolt 28 which attaches first adjacent members (a cowling 14 and an engine slider 15) located adjacent to the frame member 2 to the frame member 2. The first adjacent member attachment bolt 28 includes: a shaft part 28b connected with the interposition body 32 in an internal space of the recessed part S1; and a head part 28a which is exposed to an exterior part from an open side of the recessed part S1 and supports the cowling 14 and the engine slider 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
