PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and an analysis system of a roller bearing that make it possible to three-dimensionally analyze a bearing in consideration of a movement not only in a radial direction and a circumferential direction but also in an axial direction, and to analyze characteristics such as deformation and stress in a shaft and a housing with the bearing assembled, surface pressure on a contact surface, and bearing life.SOLUTION: There is provided a finite element model of a roller bearing (1) in which: a finite element model of the roller bearing (1) is created; first spring elements (6 and 7) each are added to abutting portions between a raceway surface of bearing rings (2 and 3) and a rolling contact surface of a roller (5) in the created finite element model of the bearing; and a second spring element (8) is added to an abutting portion between a rib face of a rib (4) in the bearing ring and an end face of the roller (5) in an axial direction in the created finite element model of the bearing. By using the finite element model of the roller bearing, contact load between the bearing rings (2 and 3) and the roller (5) based on a Hertz's theory is analyzed using as an analysis parameter an amount of displacement of the first and second spring elements (6, 7, and 8) when the bearing is loaded with a load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
