The group of inventions relates to the field of construction and concerns variants of design of a ceiling sectional roll-up gate as well as a system of guides used therein. The technical result consists in reducing overall dimensions of the product and reducing the product's unit cost and is achieved through the fact that: a) the system of guides comprises a pair of vertical guides combined with angular posts, each of the above guides constitutes a single long profile, each connected by means of a double bend of guides to the relevant double horizontal guide, each made of a single profile, where the double bend of guides comprises two bends; a connecting bracket and a bracket for attachment to the wall abutting with the combined vertical guide of the bracket for attachment to the wall, which is used for subsequent installation thereon of a terminal bracket for attachment of the double sheave of the spring pulley-cable gate balancing system, or a terminal supporting bracket of installation of the shaft of the torsion gate balancing mechanism; b) the gate comprises a bearing frame with the above system of guides, a gate leaf and a spring pulley-cable gate balancing system, which comprises a pair of units of twin springs installed vertically on both sides of the aperture outside the combined vertical guides, two cables with ends fixed on the respective lower angular brackets of the lower panel of the gate, and a pair of terminal brackets for attachment of double sheaves each installed on the bracket for attachment to the wall of the respective double bend of guides of the system of guides; where each of the units of twin springs consists of two coaxially arranged helical tension springs and is installed vertically outside the combined vertical guides on both sides of the aperture in such a way that the cable fixed on the lower angular bracket of the gate lower panel passes on the inner side of the combined vertical guide, enveloping the double sheave of the terminal bracket for attachment of the double sheave, to its outer side, descends forming a loop, which is led behind the sheave of the upper end of the unit of twin springs, uncoiled, taken upwards and fixed on the terminal bracket for attachment of the double sheave; c) the gate comprises a bearing frame with the above system of single guides and a horizontal crossbar, a gate leaf and a gate balancing system comprising of a torsion mechanism and a pair of terminal supporting brackets of installation of the shaft of the torsion mechanism, each fixed on the bracket for attachment to the wall of the respective double bend of the system of guides. |
