PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of preventing a printing medium from sticking to an inner wall surface upstream of a conveyance roller in a feeding direction, when the printing medium having an adhesive layer on one surface is fed backward.SOLUTION: There is provided a protruding head part 3c of which thickness gradually narrows as going toward a direction of getting away from a platen roller 10, at an inner cover part 3b mounted on the back side of an open end of an opening/closing cover part for opening and closing a sheet storage part 6 of a printer 1. On a first surface S1 of the protruding head part 3c, to face an adhesive layer of a sheet like label continuous body P during the feeding, there is provided a sticking out part 3e sticking out from the first surface S1 so as to face one part of an outer periphery of the platen roller 10, and first rib parts R1 are provided on a surface of the sticking out part 3e. The first rib parts R1 have a function of peeling the sheet like label continuous body P away from the outer periphery of the platen roller 10, during the backward feeding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
