According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device capable of preventing damage to a pad part includes: a substrate in which a display area and a non-display area are defined; a thin film transistor formed in the display area, and including a gate electrode, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; a pad part formed in the non-display area; a protecting layer formed on the pad part and the thin film transistor, and including a contact hole to expose a part of the drain electrode and a first hole to expose a part of the pad part; a planarization layer patterned so that a part of the drain electrode can be exposed through the contact hole on the protecting layer of the display area; a first electrode formed on the planarization layer, and connected with the drain electrode through the contact hole; and a second electrode and an organic light emitting layer which are sequentially formed on the first electrode. The source electrode, the drain electrode, and the pad part are formed in a structure in which source/drain electrode layers and a barrier layer are sequentially laminated. |
