摘要 The present invention relates to a wastewater and sludge recycle treatment system. More particularly, the recycle treatment system of the present invention removes sludge, nitrogen, and phosphorous in the sewage injected with an aggregating agent by passing the sewage through a primary settling tank, a biological high level treatment, and a secondary settling tank. Also, the recycle treatment system uses a carbon nanotube (CNT) filtration apparatus to discharge the sewage after removing pathogenic bacterium and other toxic materials in the sewage, performs a pretreatment on the sludge generated from the primary settling tank and secondary settling tank during wastewater treatment, and treats wastewater in an anaerobic digestion tank. In the present invention, an aggregating agent including acetic acid is injected to the wastewater treatment system and thus the removal rate of phosphate and nitrogen is enhanced. In addition, the recycle treatment system of the present invention enhances the efficiency of sludge reduction by installing a metal filter coated or applied with CNT, which removes bacteria harmful to human bodies and toxic substances of pathogenic bacterium, and by installing a ball-mill-crusher which does not cause blockage in the system.
