PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granular material filling device which is compact, can be manufactured at a low cost and fills a power and granular material with a highly accurate fill ration.SOLUTION: The powder and granular material filling device comprises: a carrier device 1 which intermittently carries packaging containers A; a main filling device 2 which is installed on a carrying track of the carrier device 1; a main measuring device 3; a corrective filling device 4; and a control device 6. The main filling device 2 has a large-sized auger screw which puts a powder and granular material of predetermined weight short of final filling weight into the packaging containers A. The main measuring device 3 measures the weight of the powder and granular material put into the packaging containers by the main filling device and outputs measurement values to the control device 6. The corrective filling device 4 has a small-sized auger screw which puts the powder and granular material into the packaging containers A until the same reaches the final filling weight. The control device 6 adjusts input of the powder and granular material by the large-sized auger screw close to the predetermined weight on the basis of a difference between the measurement values input by the main measuring device 3 and the predetermined weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
