By incorporating an additional TCS and/or DCS redistribution reactor in the TCS recycle loop and/or DCS recycle loop, respectively, of a process and system for silane manufacture, efficiencies in the production of silane are realized.

i) a first TCS redistribution reactor; andii) a second TCS redistribution reactor; b) a second distillation column in fluid communication with
i) the first TCS redistribution reactor;ii) the second TCS redistribution reactor;iii) a first DCS redistribution reactor; andiv) a second DCS redistribution reactor; c) and a third distillation column in fluid communication with
i) the first DCS redistribution reactor; andii) the second DCS redistribution reactor.
