METHOD FOR ORGANIZING THE PRODUCTION OF METHANOL AND PLANT FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD

The invention relates to methods and devices intended for organizing the production of methanol, and more particularly to methods and small-tonnage plants for producing methanol directly under industrial conditions within gas processing facilities. The advantages of the claimed method for organizing the production of methanol and a plant for carrying out said method are: reduced capital intensity; equipment and control systems with a simplified design and greater operating reliability; reduced consumption of raw and auxiliary materials; extended service life of catalysts for the conversion of carbonaceous raw material and the synthesis of methanol; an increased degree of conversion of raw material into methanol; the production of crude methanol with a concentration of more than 90%, which does not require further treatment in the event of use as a hydrate formation inhibitor; reduced consumption of chemically purified water; increased operating capability of the plant at subzero temperatures; and improved environmental friendliness. The technical result of the claimed technical solution consists in reduced capital intensity, equipment and control systems with a simplified design and greater operating reliability, and reduced consumption of raw and auxiliary materials.
