The present invention relates to a norbornene-based optically anisotropic film, and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to an optically anisotropic film made of a norbornene-based resin comprising a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1. The film of the present invention has high productivity due to being dissolved in a normal solvent and has an effect of having excellent dimensional stability with respect to moisture.
