A folding vehicle, comprising a front chassis (21), a rear chassis (23), a seat (40) disposed on the rear chassis (23); the front chassis (21) is hinged to the rear chassis (23); the seat (40) comprises a connection positioning assembly (41) and a seat assembly (43); the connection positioning assembly (41) comprises two connecting frames (411) respectively rotatably connected to two sides of the rear chassis (23) and reinforcing supports (413) fixedly connected between two connecting frames (411); the seat assembly (43) is rotatably connected to the connecting frames (411) of the connection positioning assembly (41); when the vehicle is unfolded, the front chassis (21) and the rear chassis (23) are spread flat, the seat (40) is located over the rear chassis (23), and the connection positioning assembly (41) of the seat (40) is located between the rear chassis (23) and the seat assembly (43) and supports the seat assembly (43); when the vehicle is folded, the seat assembly (43) is located between the two connecting frames (411) of the connection positioning assembly (41) and is stacked on the reinforcing supports (413) of the connection positioning assembly (41), and the seat assembly (43) of the seat (40) and the front chassis (21) are stacked and located on the two opposite sides of the rear chassis (23).
