Provided are a voice reminding information generation and voice reminding method and device. The voice reminding information generation method comprises: when a terminal user and a terminal perform voice interaction, acquiring, by the terminal, first designated voice information carried in user voice information; and combining the first designated voice information and second designated voice information according to a pre-set rule, to obtain voice reminding information for indicating the occurrence of a designated service, wherein the second designated voice information is voice information locally stored in the terminal. The problem in the prior art that a voice synthetic technology cannot well show the fluency of man-machine interaction is solved, thereby improving the user experience effect.
