The present application provides a cell culture apparatus. The cell culture apparatus comprises a supporting assembly, an adjusting assembly, a positioning assembly, and a culture assembly. The adjusting assembly comprises a top positioning support and a leg positioning support. The included angle between the surface of the culture medium and the water surface can be changed by means of relative movement between the leg positioning support and the top positioning support. The cell culture apparatus can be used for microalgae culture.
