A method for storing an ultrasonic scanned image and an ultrasonic device. The ultrasonic device comprises: an image acquisition unit (100), configured to scan a target object to obtain an image; a buffer unit (300), configured to store the obtained image; a processing unit (500), configured to calculate the similarity of a frame of the image; and a storage unit (700), wherein when the processing unit (500) determines that the calculated similarity of the frame is less than a threshold, a previous frame having a similarity greater than or equal to the threshold is stored in the storage unit (700). Therefore, an ultrasonic scanned image can be automatically stored according to information about the similarity of a frame of the image.
