A multi-tower modular dispensing system is disclosed. The system includes at least a first (12) and a second (912A) dispensing head at a counter (14). A transfer unit (16) is located remotely from the counter, such as in a back room, with piping (18) extending from the transfer unit (16) to the counter (14). The transfer unit comprises a centralized ingredient system (20) having a plurality of beverage ingredient sources and configured to supply beverage ingredients to the piping (18) for dispensing a beverage at the counter (14). The piping (18) comprises a main micro bundle with at least two separate beverage ingredient lines.
