The present invention relates to a nursery institution information management system and a method thereof, the nursery institution information management server comprising: an attendance management unit (111) allowing a user to access a nursery institution information management system (100) by using a PC (210) or a smartphone (220) and perform attendance management by using an attendance book document form previously stored in a database (DB) (120); a nursery daily log management unit (112) allowing the user to manage a nursery daily log by using a nursery daily log document form previously stored in the DB (120); a vehicle operation management unit (113) generating operation information of a vehicle operated by a nursery institution using position information provided from the smartphone (220) and performing vehicle operation management; and a picture registration management unit (114) allowing the user to manage picture registration in the nursery institution information management system (100) by using the smartphone (220). A nursery institution can automate attendance management and shuttle operation daily log management and perform a nursery daily log management and picture registration management, thereby improving inefficiency in management work according to a manual operation of various documents and effectively perform online management of nursery institution information. |
