The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a lock nut improved to continuously form a washer member and to continuously perform a caulking work. The method comprises: a preparation step of preparing a base material of the washer member, and a plurality of nut members; a nut supply step of transferring the selected nut member to a nut insertion groove unit; a rotation step of sequentially rotating the transferred nut member; a transfer step of transferring the base material of the washer member to a transfer path; a primary punching step of punching a through-hole in the base material of the clamped washer member; a secondary punching step of punching a circular washer member; a caulking step of manufacturing the washer member as a lock nut; and a withdrawal step of withdrawing the lock nut to an outlet. |
