<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam use system in a sludge incineration plant capable of effectively utilizing heat energy possessed by steam while sufficiently recovering it. <P>SOLUTION: The steam use system includes a steam turbine 8 which is driven by steam generated in a boiler 7 to take out power by generating steam by the boiler 7 having a heat source of high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from a sludge incinerator 1, a steam compressor 9 driven by the steam passed through the steam turbine 8 to generate compressed air, and a heat exchanger further recovering exhaust heat from the steam passed through the steam compressor 9.
