<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for a microscope which enables easy assembly without deteriorating cooling performance of a heat exchange element. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device for a microscope includes: an image pickup device for capturing images of a subject; a Peltier element 302 cooling the image pickup device; a heat sink 303 contacting with the Peltier element 302; and a protruding part 401 provided at the heat sink 303 and having a positioning surface facing a side surface 302s of the Peltier element 302 which is other than an endothermic surface 302c and a heating surface 302h. The positioning surface of the protruding part is a gentle continuous slope surface 401a, and a distance α between the slope surface 401a and the endothermic surface 302c contacting with the heat sink 303 is set so as to be shorter than a distance β between the slope surface 401a and the heating surface 302h which does not contact with the heat sink 303. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
