<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging technique capable of improving spatial resolution with a simple structure, at a low cost and having versatility. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing method comprises the steps of: fixing an object position and acquiring an object image as a base image; acquiring N shift images (N≥1) shifted by a predetermined amount with respect to the base image in an image forming surface by moving an object or/and a measurement system of an image acquiring device; acquiring N difference images (N≥1) from a difference between pixels having the same coordinates in the base image and each shift image; and adding the N difference images to acquire a difference integrated image of the object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
