摘要 The invention provides an automatic answering device and method thereof, a conversation scenario deiting device and a conversation server. Wherein, the automatic answering device and method thereof prepares conversation scenario and accepts user utterance, and determines the reply sentence to the accepted user utterance on the basis of the conversation scenario, and presents the determined reply sentence to the user, responding to user utterance automatically, and the conversation scenario is an assembly of inputted sentences and reply sentences, the inputted sentences each corresponding to auser utterance assumed to be uttered by the user, the reply sentences each being a reply from the automatic answering device to the inputted sentence. Data of the conversation scenario have a data structure that enables the inputted sentences and the reply sentences to be expressed in a state transition diagram in which each of the inputted sentences is defined as a morphism and the reply sentence corresponding to the inputted sentence is defined as an object.
