摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit, an electronic device and a power supply control method, capable of improving a high-speed responsiveness at a transient response, while securing output voltage accuracy by a switching control at a fixed frequency corresponding to electric current flowing in an inductance element. <P>SOLUTION: A switching power supply 1 is equipped with a selection circuit 12, an oscillating circuit 16, a timer circuit 17, a switch SW1 and an AND circuit 18. The switching power supply 1 performs a switching operation using the switch SW1 in response to a clock signal CK generated by either the oscillating circuit 16 or the timer circuit 17. The selection circuit 12 performs a switching operation at a fixed OFF time if it is detected that a transient fluctuation of an output voltage Vo is a specified value or greater in the direction of voltage decrease. Power feeding is stopped using the AND circuit 18 if it is detected that a transient fluctuation of the output voltage Vo is a specified value or greater in the direction of voltage increase.
