The invention relates to a method for assembling a vehicle movable panel comprising two panels (10, 30), in which at least one panel includes a bonding track (20) and one panel also includes at least one recess (22) that can extend at least partially along the bonding track when the two panels are brought into position, said recess including at least one wall provided with at least one opening (24). The method includes the following steps consisting in: placing a bead of glue (28) on the bonding track; bringing the two panels into position such that the glue bead is positioned between the two panels and such that the panel recess forms a hollow body together with the other panel; and blowing hot air (38) into the hollow body through the opening (24).
