Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode device with improved light efficiency and an enhanced viewing angle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting diode device comprises: a first substrate; a first electrode arranged on the first substrate; a pixel definition layer having a first opening to expose the first electrode; an organic light emitting layer arranged on the first electrode; a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer; a second substrate arranged to face the first substrate; a black matrix arranged on the second substrate to have a second opening; and a lens arranged to cover at least a portion of the second opening to have a protruding shape toward the first substrate.
