Disclosed is a waste catalyst recovery apparatus which can rapidly recover a waste catalyst and can increase catalyst recovery rate. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a recovery container with an internal accommodation space to which a waste catalyst and a primary substance required for catalyst recovery are injected; a cover (17) which covers an opening of the recovery container; and a filter (16) installed on a recovery hole (16a) penetrating the recovery container. The waste catalyst recovery apparatus primarily recover a catalyst dissolved in a solution through the filter (16) and secondarily recover the catalyst by immediately injecting a secondary substance into the recovery container.
