The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of energy-saving transparent paint which blocks infrared and ultraviolet radiation and has an excellent thermal insulation function. Specifically, an objective of the present invention is to improve transparency to secure visibility, eliminate reflection pollution like heat reflective glass, and allow anyone to conveniently apply transparent paint. To achieve the objective, the manufacturing method of energy-saving transparent paint manufactures components of transparent paint by mixing a binder resin giving thermal insulation and adhesion between components, an indium tin oxide (ITO)-based and an antimony tin oxide (ATO)-based inorganic pigment containing a component absorbing and blocking infrared and ultraviolet radiation and giving a very light color to glass, and a solvent for easily adjusting a concentration and easily mixing the components. For a mixing ratio of the components, 23-89.5 wt% of the binder resin, 7.5-60 wt% of the inorganic pigment, and 0.5-25 wt% of the solvent are mixed to manufacture the energy-saving transparent paint. |
