Disclosed are a capacitive-type sensor apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and an operating method thereof. The capacitive-type sensor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a printed circuit board to which a capacitive sensor IC is electrically coupled; a power terminal, a ground terminal, and a single input/output terminal printed on the printed circuit board to be electrically connected to the capacitive sensor IC; and an injection structure for covering the printed circuit board.
