The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing graphene nanosheets and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing graphene nanosheets and graphene nanosheets manufactured thereby, wherein, in the delamination process of graphite into graphene sheets, a poly(p-phenylene vinylene) precursor, which is a kind of polyelectrolytes, is used as a stabilizer to form a composite together with graphene, thereby obtaining defect-free graphene nanosheets, which are stably dispersed in an aqueous medium at a high concentration without functional damage of graphene. The present invention can prevent damage to the structure of the graphene and deterioration in the intrinsic electric characteristics of graphene since the graphene is separated and manufactured from graphite without an oxidation process; and can block disadvantages due to residual impurities since an organic solvent and a surfactant are not used. Especially, the poly(p-phenylene vinylene) precursor, which is a polyelectrolyte, does not act as an impurity since the poly(p-phenylene vinylene) precursor is later converted into conjugate poly(p-phenylene vinylene) through an optical, thermal, or chemical treatment process. Furthermore, when a thin film for an electric or electronic device is formed using the aqueous medium graphene dispersion liquid obtained according to the present invention, convenient coating methods, such as spray casting, can be used. |
