The resiliently deformable cover is operable to deform from a first position to a second position to allow for the engagement of the tool engagement portion with a tool 400. The tool engagement portion may be substantially concealed when the cover is in the first position, reducing the opportunities for dirt ingress. The pin 100 may be used in joints in a barrier. |
