PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which prevents blockage of opening operation of the tool even the tool is pressed to an obstacle.SOLUTION: A tool 1 comprises: a tool body 2; and an opening/closing part 4B disposed so as to open/close to the tool body 2. A C-ring 23 held between the opening/closing part 4B is deformed so that a seat skin 21 is fixed to a cushion pan 24 by closing operation of the opening/closing part 4B. And then opening operation of the opening/closing part 4B causes the deformed C-ring 23 to separate from the opening/closing part 4B. The tool 1 has a cover member 7 disposed on the tool body 2 in an integrated state. The cover member 7 is configured so that it projects between an obstacle (the cushion pan 24) and a lower jaw of the opening/closing part 4B so as to secure a space for opening operation so as to perform opening operation to an initial opening position even in a state that there is an obstacle (the cushion pan 24) in a direction where opening operation is performed by the lower jaw. |
