PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since the wiring and confirmation work of a line used to be visually performed by an operator, the oversight of an incorrect connection place occurs.SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit A3 transmits a request frame to which frame transmission information F4 has been added to an input/output device A5 as a destination. When receiving the request frame from the arithmetic unit A3, the input/output device A5 adds frame reception information F5 to a response frame to the request frame, and transmits the response frame to the arithmetic unit A3 by a 1-system line or a 2-system line indicated by the frame transmission information F4. Then, a terminal A2 diagnoses the normal connection or incorrect connection of the 1-system line or the 2-system line on the basis of a response result to the request frame received from the arithmetic unit A3. |
