A number of samples provided for analysis are identified correctly by making use of smaller kinds of nucleic acids. Provided is a nucleic acid analysis kit (100) having a plurality of supports (2) that respectively retain identifier probes (1) containing a nucleic acid and support specimens. The identifier probes (1) contains at least one kind of a nucleic acid having a known base sequence, differ in at least one of the kind and amount of the nucleic acid for each of the supports (2), and are retained by the supports (2) so as to be mixed with the specimens, respectively. |
