Disclosed are a system for providing a customer service and an operating method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein a customer-friendly environment is provided to enable a user to use a taxi safely and conveniently. The system comprises: a relay device for determining whether or not a taxi has arrived at a destination, and generating final moving path information including at least one among operation discrimination information, starting point information, destination information, a moving path between a starting point and a destination, moving time information and operation fare information or requesting the generation of the final moving path information from a navigation device; and a management server for storing the final moving path, which has been received from the relay device, as moving path history information and, if a search input including destination information and starting point information is received from a user terminal, generating recommended path information including a moving path from the starting point to the destination and information on at least one among operation time, an operation distance and an operation fare depending on the moving path from the moving path history information. |
