PURPOSE:To obtain a porous tube with very high accurate dimension and configuration by protruding a plurality of arm parts from the porous inner surface of a dies main body, communicating mandrels to each top part of the arm parts and using dies opened with the flow-outlets of air supplying conduits at the lower stream side surface of the mandrels. CONSTITUTION:The resin extruded out of the upper stream side of a nipple 1, while being introduced, flows into the recess part 22 of dies main body 2. In this case, the resin joins at the resin joining part M between the lower stream top part of the nipple 1a and the upper stream ends 3a of the mandrels 3, after that, it flows into the recess part 22 of the dies main body 22. In a word, the velocity of the resin in the recess part 22 of the die main body 2 becomes equal. And the resin, while passing through each mandrel 3, is extruded out of the lower stream opening part 18. During the extrusion, air is flown into air supplying conduits 10 and then flown out of the flow-outlets 10a of lower stream side surface 11, so that the bore diameter of each boring part 5 is raised in its accuracy. Thus, the porous tube 4 can be formed with very high accurate dimension and configuration. |
