ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRIDE SOLAR CELLS HAVING ORGANINC SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOUND AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic hybrid photoelectric conversion device comprising an organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite compound and a new conductive organic semiconductor compound including a paracyclophane. A light absorbing layer and the hole-transport layer comprising the conductive organic semiconductor compound, including the paracyclophane are mutually combined to achieve extremely high photoelectric conversion efficiency. The organic/inorganic hybrid photoelectric conversion device is formed in a solid state to secure high stability. In addition, the organic/inorganic hybrid photoelectric conversion device is made of low-cost material and simplifies and facilitates a manufacturing process to lower process installation cost, thereby allowing mass production at low cost to have high commercial viability.
