ASEXUAL PROPAGATION METHOD PRUNUS YEDOENSIS BY GRAFTING TECHNOLOGY WITH DIFFERENT SPECIES

The present invention relates to an asexual propagation method of Prunus yedoensis comprising: a step of preparing a seedling of Prunus sargentii as rootstock; a step of preparing a scion by cutting a branch of Prunus yedoensis having a leaf bud into a predetermined size; a step of grafting by inserting to match a cut part of the rootstock with a part of a formation layer of the scion after the rootstock is cut; and a step of binding the grafting part with a grafting string. According to the present invention, as a grafting survival percent of Prunus yedoensis is 90.5%, a success rate is high; and a grafting survival percent is increased by about 30% than a case of grafting on a graft that a scion is not covered by a paraffin film, which is an antitranspirant, a scion and a rootstock are not fixed to each other, and a plastic tunnel is not installed.
