Provided are: a non-aqueous dispersant which can form a resin layer with excellent dispersibility and excellent alkali resistance; a colorant dispersion for color filters which is capable of forming a coated layer with excellent heat resistance, high brightness, and excellent alkali resistance; a color filter with excellent heat resistance, high brightness, and excellent alkali resistance; and a liquid crystal display device and organic light-emitting display device having said color filter. This non-aqueous dispersant is either a graft copolymer which has the constituent unit represented in general formula (I) and/or the constituent unit represented in general formula (I'), and has the constituent unit represented in general formula (II); or, is a block copolymer which has a block that includes the constituent unit represented in general formula (I) and/or the constituent unit represented in general formula (I'), and a block that includes the constituent unit represented in general formula (III).
