A self-engagement slide fastener of the preset invention comprises: a linear base; a first fastener element row including a plurality of first fastener elements (FE1i) coupled with a first side end of the linear base; a second fastener element row including a plurality of second fastener elements (FE2i) coupled with a second side end of the linear base; a slider for engaging the first fastener elements (FE1i) and the second fastener elements (FE2i) with each other to be able to be separable from each other, while sliding along the first or second fastener element row; and an insert pin coupled with the first side end or the second side end of the linear base while being adjacent to the lowest fastener element (FE11 or FE21) of the first or second fastener element row, and engaged with any first or second fastener element (FE2i or FE1i) to be able to be separable from each other, while being inserted into the slider. Therefore, the circumferential length of a ring can be freely set by adjusting the engagement position, so the slide fastener of the present invention can wind and fix body portions, objects, or pillars with various sizes. The slide fastener of the present invention can freely control the circumferential length of the ring according to the initial engagement position. |
