PURPOSE:To automatically fit an auxiliary sand core to a main sand core without developing any bad condition by providing turning-over mechanism in a fitting apparatus and facing joining surface of the auxiliary sand core to joining end surface of the main sand core. CONSTITUTION:By extending a piston rod 207 of working cylinder 208 for turning-over in each the turning-over mechanism 214, a laying table 201 for holding a first auxiliary sand core 41 to clockwise direction and a laying table 201 for holding a second auxiliary sand core 42 to anticlockwise direction, respectively are turned at 90 deg. angle until reaching to turning-over position. This position is held by engaging a lock pin 218 with a second engaging hole 2162 in a lock plate 215. After turning over the first and second auxiliary sand cores 41, 42, the main sand core is conveyed to between both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 from a first conveying device C1. By this method, both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 are positioned to the main sand core and the joining surfaces of both auxiliary sand cores 41, 42 are faced to a first and second jointing end surfaces of the main sand core. |
