The purpose of the present invention is to provide a foreign substance separator capable of separating small and big foreign substances contained in granular materials including polished rice only by one device. The present invention comprises: a fixing cylindrical body having multiple holes which are smaller than the grain of the granular material; a first rotary shaft arranged in the fixing cylindrical body and having multiple mixing members; a first separating unit discharging small foreign substance through the holes then ejecting the granular material from the other end of the fixing cylindrical body; a rotating cylindrical body having multiple holes which are slightly bigger than the grain of the granular material; a second rotary shaft on which the rotating cylindrical body is fixed; and a second separating unit discharging the grain of the granular material through the hole and discharging the big foreign substance from the other end of the rotating cylindrical body. The first and second separating units are arranged successively. A speed change device is installed and connected to the first and second separating units, the first and second rotary shafts reduce the speed of the first rotary shaft. |
