The present invention relates to an optical film with excellent water resistance and solvent resistance and a polarizing plate including the same. The optical film includes: a transparent film; and a coating layer formed on at least one side of the transparent film. The coating layer is formed of a composite containing a polymer resin, a dihydrazide cross linking agent, and a water acidic particle.
