PURPOSE:To facilitate setting the operation condition of a business instrument by setting the operation condition of the business instrument based on information read by means of a sheet reading means and automatically starting the recording operation of the business instrument when setting the operation condition is finished. CONSTITUTION:A menu sheet 3 which is provided with an information specifying column of which the style is in advance defined and the sheet reading means 2 which reads information in the information specifying column of the menu sheet 3 are provided. Besides, an operation mode setting means which sets the operation condition of the business instrument based on the information read by means of the sheet reading means 2, and automatically starts the recording operation of the business instrument when setting the operation condition is finished is provided. Therefore, visible information is written in the information specifying column of the menu sheet 3, for example by a pen, the operation condition of the business instrument can be specified. Then, when setting the operation condition of the business instrument is finished, the business instrument automatically starts operation in the set operation condition. Thus, trouble to operate a switch can be eliminated, and the operation is facilitated. |
