The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device comprising a polarization film having a light-shielding pattern to effectively prevent external light from being reflected. The organic light emitting diode display device comprises: a substrate including a display area which has a sub-pixel comprising an operation unit and a light emitting unit, and a non-display area around the display area; an organic light emitting diode formed on a thin film transistor, which is formed on the operation unit, and the light emitting unit to be connected to the thin film transistor, and discharging light through the substrate; an encapsulation configured to cover the organic light emitting diode and bonded to the substrate; and the polarization film attached to a rear surface of the substrate to partially have the light-shielding pattern. |
