The present invention relates to a composition comprising a Mesembryanthemum crystallinum callus extract as an active component. The Mesembryanthemum crystallinum callus extract used in the composition of the present invention has excellent DPPH free radical removing activity, tyrosinase inhibiting activity, and elastase inhibiting activity, thereby being used as a composition for anti-oxidizing, skin whitening, and/or anti-wrinkle. Also, the Mesembryanthemum crystallinum callus extract does not have toxicity and side effects, thereby being safely applied to cosmetics, and pharmaceutical or food compositions. |
