The present invention relates to a wrist guard for bowling. The wrist guard for bowling comprises: a guard body consisting of a wrist part and a back-of-hand part supported to be rotated on the front end of the wrist part; a first connecting member arranged on one end of at least one band whose both ends are connected to the guard body so the length of the band can be adjusted from the connecting point of the band, and supported on the guard body so as to fix the length adjustment position of the band; a second connecting member arranged on the other end of the band to be connected to the guard body by a wire, and tightly coupling, to the guard body, the band separated therefrom when the wire is tightened; and a wire reel arranged on the guard body and allowing the wire connected to the second connecting member to be pulled or unrolled. According to the present invention, the first connecting member is mounted on one end of at least one band whose both ends are connected to the wrist guard for bowling. Accordingly, the length of the band can be adjusted from the fixing point of the band so that the wrist guard is adjusted to the thickness of a wearer′s wrist. Also, the length adjustment position of the band is fixed on the wrist guard when the length adjustment of the band is completed. The second connecting member is arranged on the other end of the band to be connected to the wrist guard by the wire and tightly couples, to the wrist guard, the band separated therefrom when the wire is tightened by the operation of the wire reel. Accordingly, the wrist guard can be safely and firmly put on. Furthermore, an angle adjustment part converts rotary motion into rectilinear reciprocating motion and can adjust the angle of the back-of-hand part between the wrist part and the back-of-hand part which separately constitute the guard body. Accordingly, the angle of the back-of-hand part can be adjusted by simple operation. |
