PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device and a lighting apparatus for efficiently releasing heat generated at a light source.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a lamp device body 32 in which a plurality of heat radiation fins 48 are formed at an upper surface, a substrate fitting part 49 is included more inside than the outer-most diameter of an outer peripheral part 47 and more above than a lower end and a connector side space part 50; a connector case 38 having a cylindrical protrusion 41 protruding upwardly from a substrate 40 and an annular wall 42 protruding downwardly from the substrate 40; a connector 31 having lamp pins 39 protruded at the substrate 40, the annular wall 42 being arranged at the connector side space 50 and the upper surface of the substrate 40 being arranged at one surface of the substrate attaching part 49 in such a way that the upper surface of the substrate 40 may be positioned more above than the heat radiation fins 48; a light source module substrate 33 attached to the other surface of the substrate attaching part 49; and a lighting device 36 electrically connected to the lamp pins 39 and arranged inside the connector case 38. |
